7-DAY REFUND POLICY
Welcome to the Merul.online platform. We understand the importance of flexibility and satisfaction in your learning experience. Therefore, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the terms outlined below.

1. Refund eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund of the course fee within the first 7 calendar days from the date of payment. However, please note that an application fee of $100, which is included in the price of the course, is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Exclusions
This refund policy does not apply to paid materials or courses that are part of special promotions, such as “Black Friday” deals or any other promotional offers.

3. Refund process
To request a refund, click the “Refund request” button in your order confirmation email. You will need to complete a short survey and confirm your intention to discontinue the course.

4. Refund timing
The refund will be processed within 10 working days following the receipt of your refund request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Request deadline
No refunds will be provided if your refund request is received later than 7 days from the payment date of the order for which you are requesting a refund.

6. Course access
Access to the paid course for which you have requested a refund will be terminated immediately after your refund request is confirmed. However, your access to the user account, free materials, and other previously purchased courses will remain unaffected.

7. Additional terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
