Earlier this year, several Merul courses were retired and removed from sale.

They remain retired.


For a limited time, the original recordings are available as an archive access only.


This is not a relaunch and not an active teaching program. It’s a reference archive for bakers who want access to my earlier work in its original form.

    You’ll receive login details by email after purchase. Access is provided through the Merul online school.
